A Course in Transformational Breathwork by Lisa Kelleher of Radical Transformation Yoga in Collaboration with Rhythm of Change Belize

This program is about bringing you back into the body, to the breath. It’s about bringing you out of the stories of the mind and into this present moment (the only place where life exists).

Breathwork helps release negative thoughts. It reduces stress and helps with overcoming addictions.

It helps with anger issues, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.

It relaxes your body and mind and promotes overall well-being, while helping you to have better focus and concentration.

And It improves communication and connection.

Breathwork is very accessible to everyone and changes can be seen very quickly.

Instructions for Use:

There are a total of 31 videos

  • Day 1 is two videos all other videos should be played in sequential order up to Day 30.
  • Each daily video is 30 minutes long.
  • Please have a comfortable seating arrangement for the duration of the class.
  • It is optional to repeat classes however best to repeat them in the order that they were given, i.e. day 2 can be replayed before day 3, however jumping from day 3 to day 17 is not recommended.
  • To encourage daily practice it is recommended that 15 be allotted into your schedule to offer a space for breath work.
