Bliss of Being

 

This is a gentle breathwork program to help anyone with limited mobility feel better in body and mind.

The breath is a powerful tool to bring us out of the stories of the mind and into this present moment, helping us to draw bliss out of life, no matter what our life situation.

Breathwork helps you to release negative thoughts, and old stored emotions.

It relaxes your body and mind and promotes overall well-being, while helping you to have better focus and alertness, clearing away brain fog.

It, also, improves communication and connection.

Breathwork is very accessible to everyone and changes can be seen very quickly.

Instructions for Use:

  • There are 2 different programs.
  • Series 1 is for people, who can not sit up by themselves. These practices can be done while lying down.
  • Series 2 is for people who can sit up by themselves. These practices can be done while seated in a chair.
  • Of course, you can use the lying down series for people who ARE able to sit in a chair but who may be presently lying down too.
  • One video is to be played per day.
  • Start at day 1, then day 2 etc
  • They can be repeated each week.

It is great to have a consistent practice, so having a set time each day really helps.
